    Intercontinental Chef

    Responsibilties

    • Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules
    • Monitor and manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain high standards of food preparation
    • Ensure proper use of kitchen equipment and maintenance of a clean and organized workspace
    • Conduct thorough testing and refinement of recipes to ensure product consistency and quality
    • Implement and enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
    • Conduct regular quality checks of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet company standards
    • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and minimal wastage
    • Prepare and manage the kitchen budget, tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.

    Central Kitchen Production Manager

    Responsibilites

    • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production schedules to meet the requirements of all outlets, corporate clients, and takeout customers.
    • Ensure production output meets established quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
    • Allocate manpower and resources effectively to maximize efficiency.
    • Monitor portion control, recipe adherence, and presentation standards.
    • Implement and maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Conduct regular checks on production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Work closely with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of raw materials without overstocking.
    • Minimize wastage by monitoring usage patterns and enforcing proper handling of ingredients.
    • Track and report on daily production costs, yield, and variances.
    • Lead, train, and supervise production staff, including Supervisors, cooks, kitchen assistants.
    • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to meet daily operational demands.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and take corrective action where necessary.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
    • Introduce innovative methods for food preparation and packaging where applicable.
    • Prepare daily production reports and submit them to management.
    • Coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch of orders to outlets and clients.
    • Communicate effectively with procurement, quality control, and outlet managers to ensure smooth operations.

    Qualifications

    Salary
    N180,000 - N200,000 monthly.

    Restaurant Food Server

    Responsibilities

    • Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
    • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
    • Suggest additional items to enhance the customer's dining experience
    • Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

    N50,000 - N70,000 / Month.

    Quality Control Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily checks on food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with company standards.
    • Taste and inspect dishes before service to confirm flavor, texture, and appearance meet expectations.
    • Verify that all recipes are followed accurately and portion sizes are consistent.
    • Ensure the restaurant adheres to HACCP, NAFDAC, and other relevant food safety regulations.
    • Inspect storage, refrigeration, and food handling areas for cleanliness and proper temperature control.
    • Monitor staff compliance with personal hygiene and sanitation protocols.
    • Inspect deliveries for quality, quantity, and compliance with specifications.
    • Report and reject any substandard or expired ingredients.
    • Maintain a record of supplier performance and product quality.
    • Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions to kitchen and service teams.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
    • Collaborate with chefs, cooks, and service staff to maintain excellence in both food and customer service.
    • Maintain accurate quality control logs and inspection reports.
    • Provide regular reports to management highlighting quality trends and areas for improvement.
    • Document any deviations from quality standards and track corrective actions.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 5 years of work experience.

    Salary
    N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
