    Instrumentation Maintenance Technician

    Vacancy Description
    Maintenance execution:

    • Executes preventive and corrective maintenance work according to plan across the site
    • Be versertile in all instrument operations and workings of the running software
    • Fixes breakdowns and performs repairs that are Elecrical and Insrumentation related across site
    • Be able to carryout an improvements on equipments for better performance
    • Be able to conceptualize, design and implement machine/process improvement for increased outputs
    • Ensure work order registration in CMMS (hours, materials, feedback text, etc.)
    • Closes work order when work is finished.
    • Keep record of all electrical equipments.
    • Modification of electrical machines when require.
    • Oversee/ carry out legal require testings  on plant  electrical installations.
    • Participates in work meetings and improvement teams
    • Makes suggestions to optimize preventive maintenance plans
    • Manages adjustments, Analyzes maintainability of adjustments, modifications and new constructions
    • Gives input to updates of technical drawings, documentation, diagrams and settings
    • Administrative handling of maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System
    • Designing and testing electrical equipment and processes
    • Exploring and implementing new ways to automate electreical equipment systems
    • Programming new electrical components and device.
    • Identifying quality issues relating to equipment operations and writing reports
    • Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
    • Collaborating with other business units to achieve process improvement and reducing production cost.

    Enforcement – Safety, Quality, Healthy and Environment:

    • Applies and enforces all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental requirements and standards
    • Implement relevant QSHE risk addressing maintenance
    • Identifies unsafe and unhygienic situations and reports them to the supervisor
    • Prepares work permit
    • Perform LMRA before maintenance activities
    • Applies LOTOTO procedure
    • Maintain a 5S work areas, follow good manufacturing practices, and work safely.

    Responsibilities

    • Carrying out planned maintenance work (preventive and corrective), process improvement to reduce cost and increase production efficiency through software/instrumentation optimization on production facilities and/or utility facilities.
    • Keeping/ bringing technical equipment in optimal condition.
    • Comply to company regulations on Safety, Quality Health and Environment

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, robotics Engineering
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in similar role.

    Channel & Category Development Manager

    Channel Strategy:

    • Responsible for crafting and implementing overall short- and long-term channel strategy to drive growth in the Proximity/Pharmacy Channel.
    • Development of Customer & Channel activity calendar led by channel insight into execution. Allocation of budgets and ensure brand impact is maximized.
    • Optimize and manage trade-offs to ensure the effective use of resources across customers and categories in order to meet the set objectives.

    Channel Retail Value Proposition:

    • Lead the cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales Operation, BEX, Finance and supply Chain, as well as 3rd party vendors to develop and execute integrated and unique retail value propositions for the channel & customer designed to drive revenue.
    • Complete post promotion evaluation analysis and report back to all key stake holders the KPI results, key success factors and opportunities to further drive and improve effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain an in depth knowledge of the retail industry, competition and channel trends and insights to influence and maximize program impact.

    Internal/external Collaboration:

    • Manage Channel communication for Proximity/Pharmacy Channel with Marketing.
    • Ensure alignment of cross functional departments to deliver an integrated plan and deliver excellent execution (Demand Planning, PR, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal).
    • Lead in the development and execution of Channel programs which are aligned to brand strategies and plans.

    Development of distribution & launch plan for NPDs:

    • Responsible for identifying the distribution channel per the product type
    • Develop Integrated Channel launch KPI’s for NPDs
    • Responsible for the analysis and evaluation of the KPI’s and propose improvements

    In-Store Execution:

    • Lead execution of our POP vision in outlets across channels 
    • Deployment and execution of our POSM in relevant channel/outlets
    • Lead and co-ordinate the activities of all merchandizers in line with channel visibility expectations
    • Responsible for the measurement and tracking instore merchandizing and visibility KPIs

    Responsibilities

    • Leverage trade and channel insights to develop a comprehensive execution plan for the annual brand and portfolio strategy within the proximity channel.
    • Lead the design and implementation of the Look of Success (LOS) across all relevant outlet types within the Proximity Channel  to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

    Requirements
    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA is an added advantage)
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing
    • At least 2 years in a Sales managerial role
    • Minimum 2 years field sales experience.

    Knowledge & Expertise:

    • Strong understanding of the Nigerian retail landscape, including modern and traditional trade dynamics
    • Proven commercial acumen with a solid grasp of category management and route-to-market principles
    • Ability to analyze and interpret retail, shopper, and in-home consumption data
    • Strong knowledge of trade marketing, sales fundamentals, and business performance drivers.
