    Human Resources Officer

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Summary

    • The HR Officer will be primarily responsible for providing guidance and support to the organization across the range of HR duties.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage full life cycle recruitment; selection of high-performance candidates, interviewing, due diligence, preparation of employment contracts and employee induction and training.
    • Work with Managers to draft key performance indicators for employees.
    • Planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee output.
    • Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Maintain and update relevant databases (recruitment, performance history, employee database, organisation structures, training, etc).
    • Draft and update human resource policies and procedures.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
    • Manage all employee engagement initiatives.
    • Provide consultation to management on employee relations issues.
    • Conduct investigations, discipline guidance, and terminations.
    • Work with all levels of staff and understand all human resource needs
    • Coordinate and document HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.)
    • Manage leave schedules.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc in any Social Science discipline.
    • 1 to 2 years experience as a HR Generalist.
    • Certifications/ Trainings in HR Courses is an added advantage.

    Business Development Officer (Warehouse)

    Location: Lekki-Ajah Lagos

    Summary

    • The Business Development Officer will be primarily responsible for managing the vision, strategy and implementation of a strategic plan for the execution of the Warehouse as a Servicemarketing, sales and growth plan.

    Responsibilities

    • Establishing strong relationship with existing and prospective customers.
    • Constantly analyzing the market and trends to find new growth opportunities.
    • Creating new sales and bringing new key accounts in order to gain market share.
    • Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
    • Identifying business and products gap and consequently introducing solutions and measures to breach those gaps.

    Education and Qualification

    • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in business development of a storage unit, warehouseor similar position.

    Customer Care Officer (Bakery)

    Location: Lekki, Lagos

    Summary

    • The Customer Care Officer will be primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, queries and inquiries from customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Resolve customer complaints via any means necessary.
    • Proactively approach customers to educate them about the various bakery products and answer any questions they might have about the bakery products.
    • Build strong relationship with customers.
    • Interact with customers and get feedback on the various bakery products.
    • Relay customer concerns to the company and advice on areas for improvement based on customer complaints.
    • Oversee route operational activity such as ordering and distribution, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.

    Education and Qualifications
