    Depot Accountant


    • Manage day-to-day financial operations of the depot, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
    • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor depot expenses and budgets, and provide recommendations to control costs and enhance efficiency.
    • Reconcile depot inventory records with physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
    • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure accurate recording of inventory movements and valuation.
    • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts for the depot.


    • A minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an accountant in a reputable Manufacturing industry is preferred.
    • In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Awareness of business trends
    • Familiarity with financial accounting statements
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like QuickBooks and Sage 50.
    • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
    • Accuracy and attention to detail

    Marketing Officer


    • Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
    • Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
    • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
    • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)


    • Minimum of BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a marketing officer or similar role in a consulting space.
    • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
    • Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
    • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
