    Human Resources Executive

    Job Responsibilities

    • Work with the Managing Director to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.
    • Develop, manage, and oversee the functional HR budget and manage expenses within budget allocations.
    • Lead all activities related to employment, legislation, HR systems, practices, procedures, compliance, day-to-day development, and HR initiatives.
    • Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
    • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, and report on its performance.
    • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
    • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
    • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of a second-class upper in a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Relevant HR certifications that demonstrate knowledge/possession of current HR competencies are required, PHR, SPHR, CIPM, MBA will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in HR.
    • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packages & ERP systems (Knowledge of Navision & SharePoint will be an added advantage).
    • Hands-on experience with HR software.
    • Sound understanding of General HR issues - Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, Training and Development, Industrial Relations, etc.

    Senior Supply Chain Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide leadership to the procurement team based including mentoring, skills development, career progression, and day-to-day operational guidance.
    • Promote integrity, professionalism, and adherence to the company’s ethical standards.
    • Drive continuous improvement in all areas of supply chain activity and participate in improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
    • Drive and ensure compliance with all regional and global policies, procedures, and quality accreditations.

    Job Requirements

    • A good First Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower in Engineering or any other related field with Business/Social Science background and or CIPS Membership (or any other equivalent Supply Chain Professional Body)
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Supply Chain process in a structured business environment- Oil, Gas & Chemical (OGC) projects preferable Knowledge of equipment and materials common in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects
    • Possess sound knowledge of both Exports & Imports processes
    • Experience in freight shipping logistics and forwarding operations- with outsourcing nationally and international Must have vast experience in government relations (CUSTOMS, NIMASA, NPA, NNPC, DPR etc).
    • Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
    • Sound Knowledge of SAP/ ERP System Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

    Group Head - Audit, Legal and Compliance

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage all corporate litigations and legal risks across the group.
    • Draft review and negotiate commercial agreements and all legal documents.
    • Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
    • Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
    • Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
    • Manage the performance of internal audits and external audits of suppliers
    • Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
    • Draft, modify and implement company policies.
    • Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR department to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
    • Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
    • Monitor compliance, licensing, and company secretarial requirements of the group.
    • Perform detailed research on legal matters and bring up recommendations for improved performance.
    • Liaise with Regulators as well as internal business divisions to ensure a sound understanding of compliance requirements, and governance issues and advise management of emerging compliance issues thus guiding the group in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law or related discipline with 15 years of hands-on experience as head of legal/regulatory compliance in a significant manufacturing concern.
    • Work experience in an internal audit environment
    • In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations.
    • Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
    • A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
