    Job Description

    • As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for clients, visitors, and employees.
    • The receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.


    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
    • Provide information to callers or visitors about the company, its products, and services.
    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Follow established procedures for visitor and employee sign-in and security protocols.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.


    • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
    • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
    • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities

    Massage Therapist

    • As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy sessions to clients, addressing their specific needs and promoting overall relaxation and well-being.
    • You will employ a variety of techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissues to relieve pain, reduce stress, and enhance circulation.
    • Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive and rejuvenating experience for clients, helping them achieve their wellness goals.


    • Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
    • Assess clients' health history and specific conditions to determine the most suitable massage techniques and treatments.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, concerns, and desired outcomes.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of massage rooms and equipment.
    • Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation, following all safety protocols and procedures.
    • Keep accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
    • Stay informed about current trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques and modalities.
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients.
    • Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques.
    • Promote and sell additional products or services offered by the spa or wellness center.
    • Adhere to ethical standards and professional codes of conduct at all times.
    • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.


    • Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist from an accredited institution.
    • Proven experience in providing massage therapy in a professional setting.
    • Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, and reflexology.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy.
    • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform massage therapy for extended periods.
    • Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Commitment to upholding professional standards and adhering to ethical guidelines.
    • CPR certification may be required in some jurisdictions.
    • Additional certifications or training in specialized massage modalities are a plus.
