Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s talent strategy to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Oversee performance management systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support career development initiatives to help employees reach their full potential.
• Lead learning, training, and succession planning programs to build organizational capacity.
• Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR practices align with company values and strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:

• CIPM certification or currently enrolled in the program.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of the HR value chain across all functional areas.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.

Description

• As we expand, we are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admin/Customer Service Personnel to support our operations and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage office administration tasks including record keeping, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and maintain an organized filing system.
• Support the software development team with day-to-day operational and administrative needs.
• Assist in tracking customer feedback to improve products and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in administration and/or customer service roles is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
