• We are seeking a skilled and passionate HR Specialist to join our People & Culture team to drive HR initiatives and support our workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s talent strategy to attract, retain, and grow top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Oversee performance management systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Support career development initiatives to help employees reach their full potential.
• Lead learning, training, and succession planning programs to build organizational capacity.
• Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive organizational culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure HR practices align with company values and strategic objectives.

Key Requirements:

• CIPM certification or currently enrolled in the program.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of the HR value chain across all functional areas.
• Experience in the healthcare sector will be an advantage.
