    Operations Skills Development Coordinator

    Develop and execute learning and development interventions by providing a service that includes assessment, development, delivery, research, and measurement to ensure continuous individual and organizational performance improvement in support of integrated Learning that will positively impact the performance of the Factory.  

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Lead factory training team comprising of Ops Skill Officer, and technical specialists to deliver all education and training CBA’s and eliminate organizational skill-related losses.
    • Own, drive, and improve the Skills Needs Assessment (SNA) work process for the factory manage the Factory integrated training calendar.
    • Local & regional reporting of Education & Training (ET) pillar performance metrics.
    • Create and manage training repository in line with IWS Phase 1 requirements.
    • Design and implement training curriculum for all roles in the factory and monitor the quality of training execution across the plant.
    • Develop and drive the target organizational learning culture based on IWS principles (Learn-Do-Teach).
    • Network with institutions outside the company to keep up with and implement the latest developments in the field of Learning.
    • Work with Human Resources Talent team to implement projects launched for establishment and development of skills.

    What are we looking for?

    • Bachelor’s degree in operations management or manufacturing field.
    • 3 years’ experience in manufacturing/ operations, training coordination, or skills development.
    • Strong ambiguity management.
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. (Verbal and Written)
    • Diagnostic and analytical ability.
    • Facilitation and Presentation Skills.
    • Computer literate (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). SAP understanding would also be an asset
