    Retail Sales Manager - Furniture

    Job Summary

    • The Retail Sales Manager oversees the daily operations of the furniture showroom(s), ensuring sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maximized, and store profitability is achieved.
    • The role involves managing sales staff, developing sales strategies, monitoring inventory, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives and showroom staff.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and after-sales support.
    • Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

    • 3–5 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture or home décor industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
