The full-time, on-site Hub Associate role is located in Lagos and involves a range of day-to-day duties, including ensuring safe, timely, and efficient package delivery, performing quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments, and organizing deliveries and pickups at the Lagos hub location.
The role also includes liaising with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
A minimum of a high school diploma
1-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role
Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to effectively communicate and work with customers, suppliers, and partners
Good attention to detail, initiative, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy to perform basic tasks including using email, data entry, and working with spreadsheets
