Hub Associate at ACE (Africa Courier Express)

Role Description

• The full-time, on-site Hub Associate role is located in Lagos and involves a range of day-to-day duties, including ensuring safe, timely, and efficient package delivery, performing quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments, and organizing deliveries and pickups at the Lagos hub location.
• The role also includes liaising with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a similar role
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Good attention to detail, initiative, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy to perform basic tasks including using email, data entry, and working with spreadsheets
• Possess a valid driver’s license for motorcycles
