    HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • We’re looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to fully own and manage the HR function for a growing logistics team in Ajao Estate, Lagos.
    • This is a generalist role for someone who’s confident wearing multiple hats — from recruitment and onboarding to compliance and employee engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes across all departments
    • Maintain accurate HR records including employee files, leave schedules, and HRIS updates
    • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related issues, handling conflict resolution, employee concerns, and disciplinary processes
    • Monitor and support attendance management, lateness, and absenteeism issues
    • Support and implement performance management cycles, appraisals, and probation reviews
    • Coordinate payroll inputs, leave deductions, and staff movement documentation
    • Drive employee engagement activities, training coordination, and team-building initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
    • Provide regular HR reporting to management and suggest improvements in policies/processes
    • Liaise with outsourced HR support (where applicable) and external partners (e.g. HMO, pension admins).

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in a broad HR generalist role
    • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor law and HR best practices
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and HR tools/software
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions with minimal supervision.

    Shopper (Foodstuff & Grocery)

    Summary

    • We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Shopper to assist clients with purchasing foodstuff and groceries from major markets in Lagos, including Mile 12 and other key locations.
    • The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local markets, be able to negotiate prices, ensure quality selection of items, and deliver purchases in a timely and professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    Summary
