    Junior HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • Prepare and reconcile monthly pension schedules for all staff and coordinate remittance to PFAs.
    • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
    • Assist in investigating, documenting, and administering disciplinary procedures in accordance with HR policies.
    • Track and monitor performance appraisal activities, ensuring timelines are met and performance data is properly documented.
    • Identify training needs, coordinate learning programs, and maintain training records.
    • Draft and issue HR-related correspondence including letters, memos, and internal communications.
    • Prepare and issue gratuity declaration certificates for eligible employees & Monitor and update the staff gratuity sheet, ensuring.
    • Collate and maintain a list of employees due for long service awards, and coordinate related recognition activities.

    Job Requirements / Qualifications

    • B.Sc / HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years’ relevant HR experience.
    • knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
