    Housekeeper

    Job Description

    • The job includes cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, replenishing linens, towels, and amenities, reporting maintenance and safety issues, maintaining cleaning supplies and carts, and providing excellent customer service to guests.
    • Key responsibilities also involve adhering to hygiene and safety standards, collaborating with other hotel staff, and managing guest requests in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties

    • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform general cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing, in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to meet high cleanliness standards.
    • Guest Room Servicing: Make beds, change linens and towels, and replenish toiletries, coffee, and other guest amenities.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and amenities on the housekeeping cart and in floor closets.
    • Reporting: Report any missing or damaged items, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management.
    • Customer Service: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or assistance promptly and professionally.
    • Safety and Security: Comply with hotel health, safety, and security regulations, and follow lost and found procedures.
    • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other hotel staff, including the front desk and maintenance teams.
    • Equipment and Supplies: Use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean and stored correctly at the end of a shift.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years experience.

    Night-Duty Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Provide support, leadership and guidance to the Front Office overnight team
    • Coordinate the work flow of the front office night team to ensure that the front office is covered at all times, including meal breaks
    • Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
    • Completion of property specific night audit procedures
    • Carry out floor checks, where possible
    • Assist guests with all enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information to guests about Property facilities and features
    • Check guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner
    • Greet all guests that come into contact with the Front Office department in a friendly manner, ensuring that the guest name is used at all times
    • Answer all telephone calls within three rings in a professional manner according to brand standard

    • Ensure accuracy and balancing of till and the department cash float
    • Prepare and distribute daily reports
    • Document all transactions and alterations to accounts
    • Carry out transactions foreign currency accurately

    • Ensure guests who are not ALL members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
    • Ensure a thorough and clear handover of information to Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure continuity of service. Read all communication material at the commencement of each shift
    • Ensure special requests are actioned appropriately and in a timely manner
    • Maintain the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times
    • Ensure effective communication between other departments and Management.

    Outlet Cashier

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Finance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

    Responsibilities
    As an Outlet Cashier you are responsible for cashier’s house fund and its safekeeping, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:

    • Ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for every food & beverage sale in the outlet
    • Ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for any meals consumed by employees or any service offered to guests as complimentary or entertainment
    • Enter opening and closing check number used in his / her shift in the Night Auditors logbook, ensure that checks are used serially and all the checks are accounted for
    • Open a guest check in the POS system, punching orders, splitting and transferring tables, settling checks as cash, room charge, credit card or city ledger
    • Prepare cashier’s summary and tally it with (POS) reading at the close of his / her shift
    • Print and tally transaction list from credit card machines with physical check and POS reading
    • Prepare deposit envelope, write the deposit amount in cashier’s deposit sheet and drop the envelope in the Front Office safe depository, in the presence of a witness, who has also signed the witness column of the cashier’s deposit sheet.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience. 

    Salary
    N80,000 per month.
