Diagnose and fix faults on cold rooms, display chillers, freezers, AC units, and ice cream machines
Handle refrigerant safely — storage, handling, and disposal per regulation
Keep accurate maintenance and fault records
Flag parts/replacement needs to the Facilities Manager
Work with vendors on specialist repairs
What you need
OND/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & AC Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems (food service, hospitality, or multi-site retail environment preferred)
Valid refrigerant handling certification
Comfortable working in cold rooms, at heights, and with tools/equipment
Able to travel regularly across outlets (15+, scaling to 20+)
