    Head, Sales and Marketing

    Job Description
    Sales & Marketing Management

    • Drive business growth and revenue
    • Lead business development activities geared towards growing the number of clients for the hub, training programs and CBT service
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit goals
    • Maintain a high level of product, industry, and market knowledge; identifying trends, opportunities, and business needs.
    • Prepare reports and tracking documents relative to meeting performance goals, forecasting business levels.

    Partnership Management

    • Coordinate strategic partnerships to drive adoption of Premier Hub’s programmes and facility products.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic partner planning and related activities.
    • Oversee partner relationships including developing cold leads and pitching to relevant stakeholders in the ecosystem.
    • Facilitate communication with internal/external stakeholders, providing appropriate constructive challenges, clear outcomes, and commitment to action.

    Communication Management

    • Drive marketing activities to bring visibility to Premier Hub’s programmes and facility services.
    • Coordinate all communication management activities for maximum reach and engagement.

    Qualifications
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    • Degree Level or Equivalent in a related field.
    • Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
    •  Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in business development, sales & marketing or key account management.
    • Experience in developing new markets, creating new accounts, stakeholder, channel partner and client management.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Good knowledge of the technology ecosystem in Nigeria and across Africa
    • Exceptional stakeholder management ability

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Job Description
    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
    • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
    • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
    • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
    • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

    Qualifications
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • 3-5 years’ Digital Marketing experience in a Tech Hub
    • Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Good time management and organizational skills.
    • In-depth Knowledge of SEO, Social/Digital Media
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
    • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

    Additional Information
    Salary: 150,000 – 180,000 naira + commissions

    Programme Manager

    Job Description
    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    This is an exciting opportunity to develop, manage and advise on projects, partnerships and other activities to deliver on our enterprise development strategy. The successful candidate will support the development of all core areas of our Enterprise portfolio working with sector stakeholders, and communities.

    You will manage various stakeholders and contribute to fundraising efforts to scale up programming.

    Programme Management

    • The Programme Manager (PM) will be responsible for the design, planning, contracting, implementation, and execution of a portfolio of activities within our Enterprise Development areas
    • Planning schedules and budgets for agreed activities to ensure that all tasks are completed within timeframe and budget parameters defined during project design
    • The PM will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all activities fit within a strategic and applicable portfolio
    • Interface with other units in the organisation (Finance, Enterprise Development, Community, Marketing etc.) to deliver agreed programs
    • Participating in donor and grant application processes including design, submission and review
    • Provide progress reports on programmes to management for prompt decision-making

    Relationship and Stakeholder Management

    • Create a framework that guides engagement between the role and the various levels of stakeholders; the PM must be able to maintain good relations with all associated parties.
    • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for developing new physical and digital audiences for delivery of all programmes.
    • Curate relevant activities, stakeholders, events and workshops that will drive innovation in the identified enterprise areas.

    Communication and Evaluation

    • Work with the Community Associate and Marketing Unit to develop and manage digital marketing and audience development campaigns including but not limited to social media platforms.
    • Provide content to the Marketing Unit for distribution internally and externally.
    • Ensure the evaluation strategy for each project is implemented in accordance with programme standards and to report likely variations from target.

    Qualifications
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    • Degree Level or Equivalent in a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in designing, and leading delivery of incubation, acceleration or capacity building programmes
    • Experience supporting enterprise development either in a specific sector within, or across sectors
    • Experience working in a STEM focused Innovation Hub or on international donor funded projects.
    • Creativity skills in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward achieving set targets.

    Additional Information
    Salary: 180,000 naira + commissions

    WHAT YOU’LL DO

    We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to provide a broad range of administrative, project management and communications support across the team.

    Operations Management

    • Supporting the delivery of Premier Hub programmes by providing administrative, coordination, communication and project management support
    • Developing relationships with tech firms, start-ups, donor agencies and wider tech sector stakeholders, using these to support the delivery and development of new partnerships and programmes
    • Managing the development of a suite of externally facing marketing and communications materials and platforms that supports Premier Hub’s initiatives.
    • Support the Hub’s work by planning and executing high profile events and programmes: assume a key role in planning projects and events such as workshops, hackathons, conferences.
    • Support on design and implementation of the Hub’s policies by establishing and maintaining standards, systems and procedures;
    • Lead work on to support the initiation, delivery, operations and logistics components for the Hub’s activities;
    • Preparing briefing materials, project plans, and travel arrangements, and securing engagement opportunities for the Hub team to promote its work effectively
    • Process invoices, payments and manage Hub’s procurement process and budget

    Qualifications
    WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    • Degree Level or equivalent in a related field;
    • An MBA is desirable and an added advantage;
    • Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience managing the operations of a Tech Hub;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Experience in developing communications materials including social media management;
    • IT literate, and able to learn how to use new IT systems quickly;
    • Strong administrative and/or project management experience;
    • Well organised with good attention to detail;
    • Able to work flexibly and pick up corporate processes quickly;
    • Able to work independently as well as part of a team;
    • Confident at decision making, within agreed boundaries;
    • Interest in the innovation and technology sector;
    • Able to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders

    Additional Information
    Salary: 400,000 naira + commissions
