    Head, People and Operation

    As Head, People and Operations, your primary responsibility will be to oversee our company’s operational processes, driving excellence, and ensuring a superb culture and people experience within the business.

    You will oversee the administrative, operations, project, and product development team functions, compiling financial reports, and controlling financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Business Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily business and administrative operations and improve operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
    • Responsible for handling internal and external affairs related to the business.
    • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the Founder.
    • Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success and establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.

    People and Culture

    • Enhance and foster Beyond The Visual culture by developing programs and initiatives that keep our team closely knit.
    • Serve as a trusted resource to all team members, and guide them through career development.
    • Help to manage total rewards benefits plans and identify new benefits offerings as the team continues to grow.
    • Leverage technical skills to propose process improvements, expand our reporting capabilities and automate tasks through technology
    • Build our onboarding program that helps new team members quickly get into their new roles.
    • Suggest & maintain our benefits package to ensure it remains competitive and reflects our company culture.
    • Talent Acquisition and Retention
    • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities.
    • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
    • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
    • Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
    • Develop performance management, compensation, and learning and development programming.
    • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
    • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Working knowledge of the critical components of a successful HR department including employment law, performance management, conflict resolution, employee engagement, employer branding, staff training, budget and operational management.

    Head, Growth and Transformation

    As the Head of Growth and Transformation, your primary responsibility will be to drive excellence and ensure a superb customer experience for the brands’ products and transformative solution offerings. Part of your goal will be to contribute to collaborate with the Product & Innovation teams to identify and introduce products, solutions and new business capabilities that will further drive continued profitability and growth.

    You will also employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, as well as manage business growth and marketing initiatives. You will oversee the project/account acquisition and execution functions, ensuring smooth delivery of all client based projects, managing client/customer relationships, and driving sales, marketing, and growth within the business. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.

    Project & Account Management

    • Guide the Project/Account management team in developing detailed and comprehensive project plan of action, scope of work and cost estimates for clients/potential clients.
    • Track the progress of ongoing projects while ensuring that the project manager is up to date with all ongoing projects.
    • Procure and secure more business opportunities from existing clients and convince new clients to trust and use our services.
    • Interface with clients, key stakeholders alongside the project lead to understanding the project briefs and direction.
    • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Work together with key participants to compile the budget.
    • Spearhead strategies to steer the company’s future in a positive direction.

    Growth and Marketing

    • Drive the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
    • Oversee marketing initiatives and implement better business practices.
    • Engage in financial review & planning to meet the yearly revenue target of the company.
    • Manage capital investments and expenses to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Entrepreneurial, someone who is curious and can take initiative, with a capacity to think holistically and strategically.
    • Capacity to build trusted and credible relationships with multiple stakeholders.
    • Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role
    • Strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

    Education:

    • Background experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Consulting and/or startups
    • Have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a related role.
