Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve outstanding results
• Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals within specified timelines
• Foster strong relationships with key clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials
• Provide guidance and support to the sales team in negotiations and deal closures
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry
• Strong educational background in Sales or a related field
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in excel, CRM software and other relevant sales tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, investment advisory, or related roles in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth, securing investment deals, and managing client relationships in the real estate sector.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and evaluate investment strategies and financial models.
