    Head of Operations - Real Estate

    Major Responsibilities

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and recommend improvements.
    • Represent the company in strategic partnerships, negotiations, and high-level stakeholder engagements
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for daily operations, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
    • Oversee business functions including property development, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth coordination and high performance.
    • Develop and implement efficient operational processes, systems, and policies to support growth and profitability.
    • Drive business expansion strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen competitive positioning.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality service and meet performance targets.
    • Collaborate with the CEO and Board to set strategic priorities, manage risks, and ensure sustainable business growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is a plus).
    • Minimum of 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
    • Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth.
    • In-depth understanding of real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
    • Demonstrated ability to build systems, lead teams, and execute large-scale initiatives.
    • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management abilities.

    HR Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Assist in onboarding new employees and organizing orientation sessions.
    • Help with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in an HR role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Applicants must be eager to learn and develop career in HR.
    • Proximity to the island is compulsory.
