About the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive brand growth across our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail marketing, team leadership, and delivering results through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee content creation, social media, advertising, and PR efforts.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable business results.
• Report on marketing KPIs and ROI to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail or supermarket.
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
• Ability to analyze data to drive informed marketing decisions.

We are seeking a proactive Senior Tax Accountant to ensure full tax compliance and efficient tax planning in line with Nigerian regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
• Review transactions for tax compliance and maintain accurate records
• Handle tax reconciliations and reporting
• Advise on tax implications and support planning strategies
• Liaise with FIRS and State IRS on audits and compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ICAN, ACCA, or CITN (Associate/Finalist)
• 4–6 years’ tax experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws
• Good analytical and communication skills
