    Head of C&I Energy Storage Division

    Summary

    • We are hiring an experienced local leader to build and manage our Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Energy Storage business from the ground up.
    • Our clients include factories, industries, banks, schools, petrol stations, shopping malls, mines and various institutions across Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement business strategy for C&I energy storage and solar+storage solutions.
    • Acquire and manage clients including factories, industries, banks, schools, petrol stations, malls, mines and corporate accounts.
    • Oversee full sales cycle: client meetings, site survey, proposal, negotiation, contract signing and payment collection.
    • Lead, train and manage the local sales and support team to achieve sales targets.
    • Coordinate with engineering team for site inspection, project execution and after-sales service.
    • Maintain good relations with regulatory bodies, local authorities and key partners.
    • Ensure smooth daily operation and development of the C&I business division.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Admin or related fields
    • 3 - 5 years working experience in solar energy, energy storage, electrical construction or industrial sales in Nigeria.
    • Male candidate, age 30–45 years old, based in Lagos.
    • Existing network and client base in C&I sector (industry, banking, education, petroleum, etc.) is a strong advantage.
    • Proven team management and business development experience.
    • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
    • Honest, reliable, result-focused, able to work under pressure and travel within Nigeria.
    • Familiarity with Alaba market, Lagos industrial environment and compliance is highly preferred.

    Package

    • Basic Salary: N500,000 – N800,000 NGN/month (Highly capable individuals can earn over 3 million per month)

    Sales Representative

    Job Responsibilities

    • Be responsible for the promotion and sales of household and industrial/commercial solar power generation systems, energy storage systems and related products (solar lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, etc.) in the Lagos area, and accurately meet the needs of community and various commercial institution customers.
    • Proactively develop new customers, establish a complete customer file, maintain existing customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure the smooth achievement of personal sales targets.
    • Conduct in-depth research on the local market, collect market dynamics, competitor information and customer needs, sort out and analyze them to provide reference for the company's market strategy adjustment, and provide customers with preliminary technical solutions and quotes.
    • Assist customers in product selection, business negotiation, contract signing and other matters, follow up the implementation of follow-up services, solve basic questions during customer cooperation, and ensure the smooth progress of cooperation.
    • Regularly sort out sales data, submit sales reports, and timely feedback market trends, customer needs and potential cooperation opportunities to the company to help the company optimize products and services.

    Job Requirements

    • Hold a University Degree; majors in Business-related fields such as Marketing and Business Administration are preferred, and those with a solid professional foundation are given priority.
    • Honest and upright, with good team spirit, good health, and able to adapt to the full-time work rhythm in the Lagos area.
    • Have at least 1 year of sales-related work experience; those with new energy industry sales experience and local customer resources will be given priority.
    • Have strong market development capabilities and customer relationship maintenance capabilities, able to take the initiative to tap customer needs and efficiently promote customer cooperation.
    • Possess excellent communication skills and business negotiation skills, able to clearly convey product advantages, flexibly respond to various business scenarios, and achieve sales targets.

    Recruitment Direction:

    • Focus on expanding community (household customers) and commercial institution customers such as supermarkets, banks, hotels and small factories in all administrative districts of Lagos State, and be responsible for the promotion and sales of the company's related new energy products.

    C&I Energy Storage Sales Representative

    Summary

    • We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales representatives to join our team and achieve win-win results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop new C&I clients (factories, banks, schools, petrol stations, malls, mines, etc.) in Lagos and surrounding areas.
    • Promote our energy storage products and solutions to potential clients, introduce product advantages and service highlights.
    • Follow up client needs, coordinate with the engineering team to complete site surveys and proposal submission.
    • Complete sales targets assigned by the department head, actively follow up payment collection.
    • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, collect client feedback and report to the superior in a timely manner.
    • Assist in organizing sales activities and market promotion to expand brand influence in the local market.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or above, fluent in English (written and spoken); local language (Yoruba/Hausa) is a plus.
    • 1 - 3 years of sales experience in solar energy, energy storage, electrical products, or industrial sales is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
    • Male/Female, age 25 – 38 years old, based in Lagos, familiar with Alaba Market and local industrial areas is preferred.
    • Honest, reliable, proactive, and willing to travel within Lagos and nearby states for client development.
    • Professional training: product knowledge, sales skills and industry experience training provided by the company.
