    Head of Asset Management

    Job Summary:

    • Lead the Asset Management team to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) to ₦25 billion by FYE 2025. Drive sales and marketing across Institutional, Retail, Corporate, HNI/UHNI, Counter Parties, and Public Sector clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies for deposit mobilization (Institutional, Retail, Public Sector).
    • Identify and secure profitable business relationships and growth opportunities.
    • Build and manage client relationships, offering tailored investment solutions.
    • Analyze financial statements and provide advisory services for investment decisions.
    • Market financial products (e.g., structured deposits, treasury solutions, brokerage).
    • Prepare budgets and performance reports.

    KPIs & Deliverables:

    • Financial Target: ₦25 billion AUM by FYE 2025 (100% appraisal).
    • Sales Achievement: Meet 100% of business targets in Deposit Liability, Special Products, and Cross-Selling.
    • Resumption Targets:
    • Personal: ₦500 million within 90 days.
    • Team: ₦1.5 billion within 90 days.
    • Competence Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Alternative Investments, and Structured Products.
    • Analytical, numerical, and planning skills.
    • Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication, networking, and leadership abilities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance-related field.
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Asset Management, with portfolio oversight.
    • Proven expertise in investment management, financial planning, and advisory.
    • High ethical standards, integrity, and results-driven mindset.

    Head of Business Development

    Job Summary:

    • Tro-Vest Capital Partners is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Head of Business Development to lead its growth and client acquisition drive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, investment management, and risk asset creation, with proven experience in mobilizing large volumes of deposits and building high-performing business teams.
    • This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the financial services ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to translate business opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the company’s business development strategy to drive growth in assets under management (AUM) and deposit mobilization.
    • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships across fintechs, institutions, and high-net-worth client segments.
    • Lead the origination and structuring of investment and risk asset opportunities aligned with Tro-Vest’s goals.
    • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing business development team focused on achieving aggressive revenue and client acquisition targets.
    • Develop and oversee marketing and sales initiatives that enhance the company’s market visibility and brand positioning.
    • Work closely with the investment, risk, and compliance teams to ensure proper evaluation and execution of business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to management.
    • Drive innovation in client acquisition and relationship management using technology-driven and data-backed approaches.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification such as CFA, ACCA, or CIS is an advantage).
    • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a senior business development or leadership role within the fintech or investment management sector.
    • Proven track record in deposit mobilization, client acquisition, and business expansion.
    • Deep understanding of financial instruments, investment products, and risk asset creation.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
