Front Desk Representative at Medicaid Radiology Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and attend to clients courteously and professionally
• Manage front desk operations and client enquiries (in-person and via phone)
• Schedule appointments and provide basic information about our services
• Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes

Criteria:

• Minimum of BSc in a relevant field
• Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, email)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
