    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary / Purpose

    • We are recruiting a professional Front Desk Officer to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk.
    • You will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and maintaining the office budget.
    • Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills.
    • You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
    • Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
    • Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails.
    • Track and order office equipment and supplies.

    Requirements

    • University Degree or equivalent
    • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
    • Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
    • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.)
    • Proficient in English (oral and written).

    • As a Product Manager you will take ownership of Company’s product roadmap and manage the end to end delivery of new features. To be successful you’ll collaborate with a talented team of engineering, marketing, and customer support colleagues.

    Key Requirements

    • 3 years plus product management experience, ideally FinTech/ Financial services

    • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership
    • You’ll have experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • UX design for mobile and / or mobile-web platforms.

    Senior Software QA Specialist (Tester, QA)

    Job Summary / Purpose

    • As a Software Tester you'll review and signoff acceptance criteria during the story creation process of a project and proactively find bugs through exploratory, cosmetic and end-to-end testing; you'll also work with business stakeholders, product managers and engineers on complex configuration and scenarios.
    • You'll utilize your knowledge of Test Automation to drive adoption of test automation for existing and new features; working fairly autonomously to influence testing infrastructure.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Planning and managing all phases of the quality assurance process
    • Responsible for the design, implementation and execution of manual test solutions supporting test engineering practices.
    • Develop automation test scripts using the functional test cases
    • Create test cases, test scenarios test scripts and test plans in line with product requirements
    • Identify, record, document and track bugs as well as run tests for all releases
    • Updating team on open project statuses and testing activity around features
    • Define and execute functional, automation and performance test plans and strategies. Participate in implementing the Continuous Integration practice.

    Key Requirements
    This might be for you if you have:

    • Previous working experience as QA Engineer. Strong QA software testing experience
    • Experience with testing mobile apps (iOS, Android), web apps including compatibility testing for screens sizes, operating system versions, device variability.
    • Experience with QA automated tools, automated tests and continuous integration frameworks
    • Experience with manual software testing, regression and exploratory testing
    • Experience with defect reporting and tracking tools such as JIRA
    • Financial services experience is preferred
    • Collaborative with strong communication skills.
    • Experience working in a cross functional development team, collaborating with designers, product managers and developers.
    • Experience with Testrail or a similar test case management tool is a plus.

    Job Summary / Purpose

    • As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a facilitator for the development team, you will engage in servant leadership & manage the Agile Process through guidance, coaching, and education, and removing impediments to progress.

    • Ensure all teams have clear guidelines / User stories & that test plans are in place. Monitor execution, communicate and coordinate across teams and team members.

    Key Requirements

    • 3+ years of project management / Scrum master experience in the Payments or Financial or services.
      Certified Scrum Master with excellent knowledge of the Scum framework, artifacts and techniques.
    • UAT/Testing Experience
    • Familiar with Jira Resource Boards, Dashboards, Filter creation, as well as familiar with Confluence.
    • Understand the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
    • Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
    • Understand backlog grooming, burn down metrics, velocity, and BDD driven Acceptance Criteria
    • Experience as an software engineer is a plus
    • Experience operating in an Agile Environment and with CI/CD pipeline driving DevOps best practices within development teams.

    Human Resource Manager

    Job Summary / Purpose

    • We are seeking an HR leader with outstanding people skills to join a dynamic and fast-growing company.

    • Talent Acquisition - Leading the full recruitment cycle: collecting the staffing needs from the Business, posting the roles, interviewing and shortlisting candidates, building candidate pipelines, corresponding with candidates, organizing the interviews and generating the offer for the successful candidate.
    • HR Function - Working closely with the Management team to build the HR function from scratch: auditing what is in place, making recommendations on what is to be implemented, putting together a plan to set-up the HR function, implementing the actions and required changes in agreement with the Management team, ensuring compliance with the relevant local employment laws, setting-up and maintaining employee policies and procedures.
    • HR Advisor - Advising the Management team on any HR related matters. Being an active partner to the Management team, able to find solutions to support the expansion of the company.
    • On-boarding - Generating and sending contracts to future employees and contractors. Putting together an onboarding plan for new joiners. Leading end to end the HR on-boarding of employees and contractors.
    • Employee Data - Putting together a database of all the employees and contractors. Ensuring accuracy of employee and contractor data at all times. Periodic reporting to Management.
    • People Engagement and Retention - Proposing actions to support people engagement and retention.
    • Employee Relations - Leading any Employee Relations matters.
    • Payroll - Running the monthly payrolls (jointly with Finance). Ensuring all payroll processes are completed accurately and quality controls are in place.

    Key Requirements

    • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
    • Experience in scaling recruitment processes, preferably for a fintech or tech company.
