    Managing Director, Capital Markets

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Responsibilities

    • Ownership of our excel-based five-year Long Range Plan, which includes an annual development process for performance updates and strategic initiatives
    • Create our quarterly Board materials and manage the Board preparation process
    • Manage our debt-based capital structure, including projecting our short and long-term capital needs and providing funding recommendations as needed
    • Identify currency, FX and other hedging needs and opportunities
    • Manage investors, including regular discussions with our lenders and with ratings agencies
    • Project Manager for special projects led by our Chairman and Executives
    • Review ad hoc financial analyses led by our Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance
    • Lead executive and departmental meetings to drive projects and processes
    • Build a deep understanding of our operating business, and create relationships with our Executives and leaders across Finance, Accounting, Strategy and Data Analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business or Finance
    • 20+ years of Investment Banking or Private Equity, particularly within Retail, Technology, Leveraged Finance, Sponsors or Financial Institutions Groups
    • Some experience within Corporate Finance preferred, particularly Treasury, Strategy, Corporate Development or FP&A
    • Excellent skills in Excel financial forecasting, project management and Powerpoint
    • Ability to apply a solutions-based approach to problem solve and manage large projects
    • Basic understanding of Financial Operating Systems, including Essbase
    • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

    Head, Market Risk

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

    Responsibilities

    • Lead risk reviews and advice on sign-offs
    • Talk to internal and external managers to share market insights and risk assessments
    • Communicate risks and evaluation of mitigation strategies to senior leaders and the Board of Directors
    • Actively liaise with front office and other risk managers who develop risk methodologies relating to market risk factors to ensure proper risk measurement and aggregation

    Head of Credit, Commercial Banking

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the review and approval of commercial credit proposals of the Bank and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure Leads a team of credit approvers to ensure high standard credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools.

    Job Description

    Profit & Financial:

    • Design, implement and monitor a mortgage & small business lending marketing and business plan, and subsequent achievement to the goals set by the Area Manager.
    • Monitor and analyse portfolio growth, sales, service, credit quality, ROI, MFI and expense results for the portfolio.
    • Identify and implement corrective activity where performance gaps exist within budgeted targets.
