    Human Resource Personnel

    Job Description

    • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
    • Provide counselling on policies and procedures.

    Job Description

    • Ensuring that cakes are baked at the proper temperatures and making certain that kitchen and baking equipment adheres to sanitation regulations.
    • Bakers experiment with various cake flavors and icings to produce cakes and desserts that are visually appetizing.
    • They also check food ingredients for freshness, quality, and availability.
    • Bakers must be familiar with the use of commercial mixing machines, ovens, and other large-scale baking equipment.
    • Assist in receiving and unloading of merchandise to ensure quality protection, accuracy, and product rotation
    • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory control of ingredients and supplies
    • Decorate and merchandise cakes in an attractive, appealing, neat, and colorful manner in compliance with company guidelines.
    • Assist in training associates when assigned.

    Management Accountant

    Job Description

    • Analyzes basic expenses, revenue, profit, loss, assets or liabilities.
    • Manage all phases of Accounts Payable, Receivable and budget.
    • Payroll administration.
    • Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities.

    • Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Must be a chartered accountant with experience in hospitality and warehousing/Inventory management
    • 8 years of working experience in management accounting in hospitality, QSR or manufacturing industries
    • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
    • Should have professional accounting qualifications i.e., ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA etc.
    • Must be able to use Accounting Package and Microsoft applications like MS Excel, word, power point etc.
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Candidate's proximity to Ikeja is required.

    • Experience in handling dealer network and commercial customers.
    • Target oriented and ability to deliver results.
