Our client, a direct marketing communications Agency is looking to hire Head of Agency to help meet their ambitious growth objectives in the marketing industry.
As the Head of Agency, you will be responsible for the development and leadership for the agency's strategic practice, reporting directly to the MD/C.E.O of a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the strategic marketing development for some of the most recognized brands in the world.
In addition, you’d be typically responsible for helping to build and grow awareness of The Agency’s Brand by acting as an outward facing thought leader, maintaining and growing The Agency's business and client base on an ongoing and project basis; create and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients; develope strategic solutions and plans that best fit the agency and clients’ needs.

How you'll make a difference as Account Executives in Client Service.
Your role is a combination of sales, business development activities and customer relationship management. You would liaise with clients to get a thorough understanding of their marketing and promotional needs, the budgets earmarked for these activities, target audience and other critical demographics, market and competition information and other relevant details.
