    Secretary

    We are recruiting on behalf of our client.

    Job role: Secretary.  Salary: 40, 000

    As a Secretary, you are typically the first impression of the company, often working at the front desk. You will perform tasks such as keeping files, booking meetings, setting appointments and managing day-to-day operations of a company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
    • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
    • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings
    • Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
    • Write emails, memos and letters
    • Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems.

    Required Skills and Qualification

    As a necessary part of your team, you must have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask. Patience, organization skills and a can-do attitude are important. You should also have computer skills.

    • Minimum of OND  and 2+ years of clerical experience
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
    • Experience in data processing, bookkeeping or other skills you need to have performed
    • Ability to work independently
    • Organized and professional demeanor
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience maintaining and prioritizing a manager’s calendar.
    • Experience in managing social media pages will be an advantage.

    OVERVIEW OF ROLE

    As a Marketer you are responsible for developing marketing plans and implementing marketing strategies for the company. You will be in charge of conducting market analysis, positioning, and will be developing communication strategies, and implementing various marketing programs across the company and the various divisions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Study competition, conduct benchmark analysis, an identify market trends. A good knowledge in market segmentation, targeting, and positioning is required
    • Develop marketing plans, including market analysis, marketing strategies, planning, and budgeting for the company and each of the different divisions
    • Responsible for all marketing programs at the corporate level: loyalty programs, incentives programs, acquisition programs and others
    • Develop joint marketing programs and activities with partners and suppliers
    • Conduct customer and market research, and analyze output to generate findings
    • Monitor and review all marketing activities, and assess all the results achieved

    ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Marketers
    • Marketing work experience, preferably from the Travel industry
    • Must speak fluent English
    • A degree from a recognizable institution

    BENEFITS
    Salary is N 30,000 plus commission
