    Sales Executives (Travel & Tours)

    Our client is a reputable travel and tours agency with the approval of IATA, and a member of NANTA. Its operations are fully automated and fast.

    With over 20 Years of providing excellent Travel services to millions of Nigerians, the multi Award winning company is perfectly positioned to meet all its clients’ local and international travel and Visa needs. The Company is now seeking to recruit dynamic and motivated Sales Executives.

    Reporting to the Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in the travel industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven client base, with prior experience in sales. Travel industry experience is an added advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s customer base.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, and other travel-related services.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
    • Provide personalised travel solutions based on client needs and preferences.
    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and competitive pricing.
    • Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships to enhance sales.
    • Prepare and submit sales reports, client feedback, and revenue forecasts.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
    • Work closely with the reservations, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts.
    • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and industry events.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Must have an existing client base.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. 
    • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience (travel industry experience is an added advantage).
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Self-motivated and result-driven.

    HR Business Partner

    Our client is a rapidly growing IT service company operating in Nigeria with specialty in providing innovative technology solutions to clients and empowering them to achieve their business objectives.

    The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to the organization, partnering with the management team to drive HR initiatives, and ensuring the implementation of best practices across all HR
    functions.

    Responsibilities

    Strategic HR Planning and Implementation:

    • Collaborate with the management team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
    • Implement HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure legal compliance, employee engagement, and retention.
    • Proactively identify HR issues and develop effective solutions to address them.

    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and select high-quality candidates.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

    Performance Management:

    • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters, including feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs and coordinate relevant learning initiatives.

    Employee Relations and Engagement:

    • Promote positive employee relations and foster a culture of open communication, trust, and respect.
    • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, motivation, and productivity.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Assist in the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
    • Conduct market research to ensure the company\'s salary and benefits packages remain competitive.
    • Provide guidance on compensation-related matters, such as salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.

    HR Data Management and Analytics:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Utilize HRIS and other systems to generate reports and analyse HR data for insights and decision-making.
    • Provide regular reports and analytics to management on HR metrics, trends and key performance indicators.

    Compliance and Policy Development:

    • Stay updated on relevant labour laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.
    • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
    • Train employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance.

     HR Projects and Initiatives:

    • Lead and/or contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as talent management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement surveys, etc.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Requirements 
    • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree in HR or relevant certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in the IT services industry or a related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
    • Experience in driving HR initiatives and change management projects.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
