Network Administration
- Support in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Overview
- The MEL Officer will support the implementation of the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning activities for the RISE project. Working under the guidance of the Senior MEL Officer, the MEL Officer will assist in data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting to ensure effective tracking of project performance and outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
Data Collection, Management, and Analysis
- Support the administration of surveys, interviews, focus group discussions, and other data collection activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into project databases and monitoring tools.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of MEL data and documents.
- Support gender-disaggregated data collection and analysis to monitor outcomes for women and youth.
Monitoring Support

- Lead the design and implementation of Sahel’s workstreams in alignment with project goals and GAC’s expectations.

Role Responsibilities
Policy Analysis and Strategic Engagement
- Analyze national and sub-national policies, frameworks, and institutional landscapes relevant to agriculture (in focus value chains), trade, gender, and climate change.
- Identify policy opportunities and constraints limiting smallholder farmers, agri-SMEs, women, and youth in value chains.
- Design and implement advocacy strategies that elevate the voices of women’s groups and youth-led enterprises in relevant policy forums and decision-making spaces.
Stakeholder Relations and Partnership
