    E-commerce Catalogue Officer

    Location: Ikeja Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate online sales and website development. Research competitive online prices and key sales points
    • Generate sales content (product bullets, descriptions, etc.)
    • Capture product images with basic product photography/editing tasks
    • Manipulate data in excel to match templates for CSV importing
    • Update existing online products with new features or supplemental information
    • Manage the entire content for the catalogs category-wise
    • Ensure timely completion of catalogue writing for product upload

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • First Degree from a reputable higher institution
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

    Procurement/ Fashion Buying Executive

    Job Location: Ikeja Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • To maintain awareness of all fashion and market trends and new brands or designers and review them as potential suppliers.
    • Assist the Buying Manager to capture all relevant commercial and product information from buying appointments and attend key appointments with the Buyer when required.
    • Maintain buying spreadsheets and records with all product information.
    • Maintain buying spreadsheets for own departments and keep Open To Buy up to date.
    • Provide the Merchandising team with all relevant product details, including exchange rates and mark ups to ensure orders are raised accurately and efficiently and with correct authorization to ensure speedy administration through the business
    • Booking and authorizing release of deliveries
    • Liaise with accounts department regarding supplier payment terms, discount and stock discrepancies.
    • Monitor current season stock and propose repeat orders where appropriate.
    • Ensure all authorized reorders are placed in timely manner with supplier and raised by the Merchandising Team.
    • Monitor and maintain A-Season stock in terms of depth on sizes and re-order when required. 
    • Inform stores of planned deliveries.
    • Organize and administer stock swaps
    • Partner with merchandising team to ensure stock is moved between stores when required.
    • Assist in creating seasonal markdown plans
    • Arrange and organize all buying appointments.
    • Prepare departmental reports including weekly company collection and sell-through reports.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • A first degree in any related discipline.
    • Buying and Merchandising training certification is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in buying/procurement, experience in fashion buying would be an added advantage.
    • Knowledgeable in buying/procuring a wide product range
    • Knowledgeable in clothing buying/procurement trends
    • Knowledgeable in managing buying logistics from international market to Nigeria
    • Knowledgeable in managing and maintaining relationship with foreign suppliers

    Brand and Marketing Executive

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in executing and monitoring in store marketing execution as it relates to each business cycle and developing ways to improve those campaigns
    • Submit ideas for experiential marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the brand and help meet sales target.

    Photographer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Produce imagery that embodies and amplifies the R‘n’T brand
    • Photograph our products in-studio and on location for ecommerce and editorial use
    • Set direction for photo shoots in collaboration with Creative Director and stylists
    • Retouch digital imagery for use across ecommerce, social media and marketing campaigns
    • Manage the photo studio as well as in-house equipment to help keep things in tip-top shape
    • Benchmark against competitors and other brands with similar brand ethos and design
    • Provide opinions on other creative and marketing activities: campaigns, events, etc
    • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce photoshoots for use in company-wide communication, websites, large “impact” pieces for campaigns, and social media.
    • Provides direction and logistics for projects including shot sheets, releases, and coordination and maintenance of images and footage.
    • Maintains, organizes, and archives images using digital asset management system.

    • Lead the planning and execution of the digital marketing strategies to promote company’s services to customers.
