Role Overview:

• We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected Entertainment Manager to lead our talent and events strategy. This person will be responsible for curating high-quality performances, DJs, and special events that drive foot traffic, enhance guest experience, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage DJs, performers, hype men, dancers, and guest artists
• Develop and execute a weekly/monthly entertainment calendar aligned with business goals
• Ensure smooth event execution, including stage, sound, lighting, and logistics
• Monitor crowd behaviour and adjust programming to maximize engagement and sales
• Collaborate with the GM, Creative Manager, and Operations teams to create cohesive experiences
• Maintain relationships with promoters, talent agents, and key industry contacts
• Track performance metrics and report on entertainment impact on sales

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in nightlife, hospitality, or entertainment management
• Strong network of DJs, performers, and promoters
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and people management skills
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute high-energy events
• Results-driven with a focus on driving revenue through entertainment

Role Overview:

• The Creative Manager will drive the look, feel, and “cool factor” of Royal Mandarin Nightclub. This role ensures that every event, campaign, and social media post reflects a premium, trendy, and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction of the club’s/company's events, visuals, and brand experience
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Manager to design themed nights and signature experiences
• Develop engaging content for social media, photography, and videography
• Oversee branding, lighting, stage setup, and club aesthetics
• Introduce innovative concepts to differentiate Royal Mandarin Nightclub from competitors
• Work with vendors, photographers, and social media teams to ensure high-quality outputs
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement and guest feedback to inform creative decisions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years in creative direction, branding, nightlife, or events
• Strong portfolio showcasing work in event branding, content creation, or nightlife aesthetics
• Knowledge of current social media and nightlife trends
• Excellent design, visual storytelling, and project management skills
