    Customer Service Executive

    Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
    Job Type: Full Time

    Job Description

    • Located in the heart of Port-Harcourt, Rivers State with the vision to cover the South- South region, our client seek to hire a professional and young Customer Service Executive to join their growing team and promote their business goals and objectives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
    • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
    • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
    • Track and trace shipments as required
    • Utilize Process Monitors and Workflows on daily basis
    • Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers
    • Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes
    • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing
    • Interact with our customers in arranging their shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
    • Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers
    • Always meet compliance to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer’s policies / requirements.
    • Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
    • Ensure all customers' service work order and service contract, standard operating procedures, SLAs are followed and update
    • Meet KPI standards, as per the company procedures
    • Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
    • Various reporting responsibilities as needed
    • Maintain logs and records of calls, hard copies of customer files and billing activities and other information.
    • Monitor the route and status of field team to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
    • Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field team.

    Qualifications

    • 6 months to 1 year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus
    • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
    • Pro-active, strong organizational skills
    • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Fluent in English.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
    • Monitor web traffic metrics
    • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
    • Transfer orders, enquiries, concerns, queries, or complaints originating from social media platforms to customer service

    Qualifications

    • 2-3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • B.Sc Degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Experience managing the social media page of a similar business and or industry is a plus
    • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
    • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
    • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
    • Good understanding of social media KPIs

    Logistics Coordinator

    Location: Port Harcourt Refinery / Abuloma, Port Harcourt, Rivers
    Job type: Full-time

    Job Descriptions

    •  Plan warehouses and distribution  for efficiency in both operations and capacity
    • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary
    • Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways and platforms
    • Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule
    • Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low
    • Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes
    • Use specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide support with the repairs of the assets and delivery tools.
    • Collaborating with maintenance partner to ensure timely and accurate repairs of bikes
    • Continually try to improve and develop business performance within the constraints of legislation, fuel costs and other Political, Economic, Social, Technology, Legal and Environmental pressures, and influences
    • Implement health and safety procedures
    • Manage field staff training issues in addition manage the riders and bikes
    • Set field team objectives, plan, and manage projects
    • Develop and execute logistics support policy and processes
    • Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.
    • Assure a proper management and record keeping
    • Manage all warehouses and supervise the movements of the warehouse (inbound/outbound)
    • Prepare the logistics movement weekly reports
    • Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet requirements
    • Ensure materials are appropriately stored
    • Collaboratively work with Customer Service to program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment
    • Carry out annual property inventory and provide other report in his area of responsibility
    • Perform other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor

    Qualifications

    • 2- 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • B.Sc degree in Marketing or relevant field
    • Experience working for logistics company and or industry is a preferred
