    Rental Supervisor- Workshop & Repair

    JOB OUTLINE:

    REPAIR OPTIONS

    • Responsible for efficient planning and controlling the operations connected with the Rental Supervisor Workshops & Repair Options section. Effectively manage teams of technicians on scheduled maintenance jobs that may be field and/or site based. Ensure procedures are followed and customer expectations are met in all sectors using Caterpillar products.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proactively & efficiently plan and control all contract jobs to ensure prompt execution without financial loss to the business.
    • Manage teams of engineers to ensure correct maintenance regimes are adhered to, comprehensive inspections are followed and detailed reports are submitted.
    • Supervise Rental Fleet overhaul (gas and Diesel) both in Workshops & Field while Monitoring the run hours.
    • Manage Parts required for overhaul and ensure core is returned afterwards.
    • Liaise with sales and marketing to ensure MANCRM is kept to date and all reworks are performed as required.
    • Ensure graduate trainee daily &monthly appraisal forms are completed as required by the training department.
    • Expected to visit customers to follow up on contract opportunities and dealing with customer complaints.
    • Ensure contract engineers comply with company safety policies and regulations are implemented and maintained.
    • Ensure contract engineers take care of company assets and that they are effectively controlled and maintained.
    • Carry out technical support functions as may be required in the interest of the business.
    • Provide cover for other management & supervisory roles during leave, training, and absences.
    • To comply with HSE policies and standard of Mantrac Nigeria Limited.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • B.SC/B.ENG or HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (plus training in Marketing and Sales Management) with at least five (5) years relevant experience

    Power Systems Sales Executive

    JOB OUTLINE:

    • Responsible for achieving or exceeding agreed sales targets for the Company's range of EPG (Electric Power Generation) products within the assigned geographical territory and market sector.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtain order that meet or exceed agreed targets and negotiate equipment sales into high valued projects.
    • Ensure that full payments are received for all units sold while all necessary sales documents are adequately prepared.
    • Arrange visits to existing and prospective customers to ensure maximum coverage of the territory. Aggressively promote the company's product within the catchment area and win more prospects there from.
    • Provide product related technical assistance and advise to customers and prospects
    • Obtain and communicate information relating to the market and competition as appropriate.
    • Maintain good corporate reputation and effective communication between our clients/customers and MNL Management.

    PERSON SPECIFICATION:

    • B.Sc./ HND in Engineering or equivalent.
    • At least 2 years' experience in the industry (sales, marketing & technical experience).
    • Good written and spoken English.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills with leadership skills and ability to take initiative.
    • Good analytical and computer skills.
    • Having good selling skills is an advantage.

    Key Account Manager- Rental & Renewable

    • Responsible for the formulation/implementation Of policies/programmes for the development/promotion Of Rental & Renewable Energy Anticipating, bidding, for&asting and monitoring power Systems VOjeCtS, Pan Nigeria.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the entire sales Of Rental, used & Renewable Segrnent for the region
    • Sourcing and negotiation Of high value Rental, used and Renewable energy turnkey projects. relationship With Customer and provide Technical Interpretation Of tenders and specifications.
