    Quality Control Associate

    Annual Gross Renumeration: N3,500,000 – N7,000,000

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven professional to join its Production team as a Quality Control Associate. This role serves as the final checkpoint in the production process, ensuring that all garments meet the company’s quality standards.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement in production quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conducting thorough inspections of garments at various stages of production, assessing stitching, finishing, sizing, and overall construction.
    • Identifying and reporting defects such as fabric damage, uneven dye patterns, incorrect trims, poor workmanship, or missing labels.
    • Monitoring dyed fabrics to ensure consistency with approved colour and pattern standards.
    • Communicating identified issues promptly to the dye and production teams for correction.
    • Maintaining accurate records of quality checks, defects, and inspection outcomes.
    • Preparing and sharing regular reports highlighting recurring issues and production trends.
    • Providing timely feedback to tailors, dyers, and production staff to address quality concerns.
    • Supporting troubleshooting and recommend solutions to prevent recurring defects.
    • Performing final checks to ensure garments are properly pressed, labelled, and packaged according to brand standards.
    • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance production efficiency and quality.
    • Performing other related duties to support overall production operations.

    Person Specifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification.
    • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a production role within a fashion or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
    • Good documentation and reporting abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Production Lead

    Our client, a leading fashion house, is seeking a results-driven Production Lead to oversee  the end-to-end production process, from initial sampling through to final delivery. 

    This role involves proactively identifying potential delays or operational bottlenecks and  implementing timely solutions to ensure production remains on schedule and meets the  company’s standards for quality and efficiency. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Oversee quality assurance throughout all stages of the production process. 
    • Inspect garments for stitching accuracy, pattern alignment, dye consistency, sizing,  and finishing to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards. 
    • Develop and manage production schedules across internal teams and external partners. 
    • Ensure alignment between internal & external factories, dyers, and vendors on  priorities and delivery timelines. 
    • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods. 
    • Manage relationships with local and international fabric and material suppliers to  ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. 
    • Lead and support the production team to ensure high performance, accountability,  and effective collaboration. 
    • Identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency, reduce errors, and improve  turnaround times without compromising quality. 

    Person Specifications 

    • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant certification is an advantage) 
    • Minimum of 12 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role 
    • Proven experience in fashion, textile, or manufacturing operations
