Key Responsibilities

• Work effectively within a factory and production environment.
• Follow production instructions, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing and processing activities.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and good workplace practices.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the production team.
• Be willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory, manufacturing, food-processing, agricultural-processing, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.
• Candidates with tailoring or mechanical skills have an added advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
• Ability and willingness to work shift schedules and overtime when required.
