MAJOR FUNCTION

      We’re looking for results-driven sales representatives that would be majorly responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals and ensuring a smooth sales process.

II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional patronage and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to differentiate between product uses.
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentations as required for presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years in sales within a cosmetics industry setting.
• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with sales management software.
• Ability to travel at least 25% of the time meeting with potential buyers, generating leads, and building relationships.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and create marketing communication content on all social media platforms. These contents may include images, write-ups or both.
• Respond to comments on posts and messages across all company social media platforms.
• Create targeted ads, activities and campaigns on social media platforms and ensure engagement of customers.
• Track engagement, enquiry and sales across all social media platforms.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Sound knowledge of graphic design.
• Social Media marketing experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms, and their algorithm.
• Proven ability to build social media communities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Photoshop will be an added advantage.
