    Teacher Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    Capacity Building Officer

In addition, He / She will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient delivery of the training according to the ToRs.
    1. Main Responsibilities

    With the guidance and support of the TRDP Manager/Head Capacity Building and project coordinator, the Capacity Building officer will undertake the following responsibilities.

    • Develop the plan for capacity-building pieces of training.
    • Identification and hiring of the resource persons/consultants.
    • Coordinate and report all capacity-building training.
    • Quality assurance of training / CSO’s building resilience portfolio as per terms of references agreed with donor.
    • Review training manuals, participant`s hand book and IEC material developed by consultants and get necessary approvals
    • Organize training on capacity development of CSO’s based on functional and technical capacity needs.
    • Organize training on Enterprise Development for Skilled or Small Business Owners.
    • Organize session on awareness regarding RCCE for COVID-19/other Epidemic/Pandemics and SBCC on health, hygiene, coping with stress.
    • Coordinate with potential partners and build new partnerships supporting/strengthening to the capacity-building process of the TRDP team and communities.
    • Organize exposure visits for CSOs and community leaders.
    • Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
