    Admin Assistant / Intern (Corps Member)

    Job Summary

    • We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corp Member to provide administrative support to our team.
    • Core Function: Provide administrative, clerical, and operational support to the HR/Admin team, ensuring efficient record-keeping documentation.

    Responsibilities

    • Vet salary schedules including account details for contract staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Vet offer letters for contract staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
    • Provide administrative support.
    • Carry out clerical tasks required in the department and any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

    Requirements and Skills

    • B.Sc. or HND in Administration, Accounting or related fields
    • Candidate must hold a 2:1 degree or higher.

    Warehouse Assistant

    Location: Opic - Isheri North, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team.
    • The ideal candidate will support day-to-day operations in the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
    • Pick and fill orders from stock.
    • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
    • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high.
    • Assist in regular stocktaking and cycle counts.
    • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
    • Maintain the security of assets in the warehouse.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of an OND or equivalent qualification.
    • Prior experience in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of inventory software, databases, and systems.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
    • Candidates residing in or around OPIC, Isheri North, Berger, Warewa, or other nearby areas will be given priority, due to proximity to the warehouse.
    • preferred candidate should be able to resume immediately.

    Payable Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payable Officer to join our Finance team.

    Responsibilities
    The Payable Officer will be responsible for managing and validating all outgoing payments and financial obligations of the company, including:

    • Verifying and confirming the accuracy, authenticity and completeness before all payment processing.
    • Ensuring that all supporting documents (invoices, memos, approvals, vendor details, etc.) are correct and properly filed.
    • Processing vendor payments, staff claims, reimbursements and other payables promptly.
    • Maintaining an up-to-date record of all payables and ensuring timely settlement.
    • Liaising with vendors, internal departments, and relevant stakeholders for confirmation of transactions.
    • Reconciling payment records with bank statements and internal financial reports.
    • Flagging discrepancies, errors or questionable transactions for further review.
    • Supporting the Finance Department in audits, reporting, and administrative tasks.

    Requirements and Skills

    • HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or any related field with minimum qualification of Upper Credit or Second Class Upper Division.
    • Proven experience in accounts payable or similar finance role is an added advantage.
    • 2 to 4 year experience as a payable officer.
    • Strong analytical and verification skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools.
    • Strong communication and documentation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
