    Hotel Supervisor

    Responsibilties

    • Supervise daily operations across departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.
    • Ensure all guests receive prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
    • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels per shift.
    • Support the Hotel Manager in implementing operational strategies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Conduct daily inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain quality standards.
    • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance productivity and service excellence.
    • Assist with stock control, purchasing, and inventory management where necessary.
    • Generate daily operational reports and communicate relevant information to management.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

    Hotel Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations.
    • Ensure exceptional guest service delivery in line with the hotel’s brand standards.
    • Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
    • Lead, train, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance and service goals.
    • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
    • Coordinate procurement and vendor management to maintain quality and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and strategies to boost occupancy.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on hotel performance to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
    • Maintain the property’s ambience and uphold the distinct character of the boutique brand.
    • Lead, supervise, and motivate hotel staff to achieve performance targets.
    • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and service quality.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and enforce disciplinary measures where necessary.
    • Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Oversee safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures across all departments.
    • Address guest complaints promptly and implement corrective actions where required.
    • Monitor and improve guest feedback and satisfaction scores.

    Salary
    N400,000 - N500,000 per month.
