    Spl Log

    Essential Duties

    • Participate in meetings with Projects, Operations and Energy departments to understand material/equipment requirement for a period as required.
    • Ensure a smooth importation process between the bank, suppliers, Logistics partners and ATC for all imported Equipment.
    • Ensure a smooth clearing process of all imported Equipment/materials by effectively coordinating with the clearing agents/3PL for shipment clearance.
    • Maintains a shipping/receiving log.
    • Identify and prioritize logistics needs and communicates recommendations to upper management to achieve efficient product and supply distribution
    • Provide data and recommendations on tracking, costing and usage alternatives.
    • Be the focal point for all logistics related issues / activities for ATC Nigeria.
    • Develop and implement appropriate logistics management processes and procedures.
    • Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
    • Actively promote and champion the use of best practices to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
    • Review Logistics Management procedures periodically, to ensure that they remain in line with the changing business requirements and reflect best practice.
    • Manage logistics in line with company policies and procedures and in a manner that ensures the availability of the right goods at the right place, cost and time.
    • Manage couriers / logistics providers to deliver high level of service to both internal and external customers.
    • Manages vendor / supplier relationships so as to ensure optimal and cost-efficient service delivery.

    Qualifications

    • Five (5) years relevant working experience in Logistics with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • Professional Qualification in CILT is an added advantage.

    Executive Assistant

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with efficiency and accuracy.
    • Meeting Preparation and Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, including but not limited to QBRs, Monthly Ops reviews, Board Meetings and other leadership meetings and preparing and distributing meeting agendas and materials and recording minutes.
    • Travel Arrangements: Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation, in line with the travel budget. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are streamlined.
    • Documentation Support: Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed. Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and easy access.
    • Office Efficiency: Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Executive office by streamlining administrative processes, handling incoming correspondence, and ensuring the Executive office operates smoothly.
    • Project Assistance: Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. Track deadlines, deliverables, and project progress.
    • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, meetings, and off-site activities.
    • Expense and Budget Management: Track, manage, and reconcile expense reports and budgets for the Executive office.
    • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    • Provides high-level, tactical support for ideation and implementation of key strategic business initiatives.
    • Develop innovative ways maintain communication between leadership and staff 
    • Drive execution of action items and priorities agreed by EXCO
    • Prepares, maintains, and submits clear & concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management report.
    • Prioritizes multiple demands/projects simultaneously while maintaining good working relationships with business leaders.
    • Manage EXCO meetings, calendars, prepares and/or edit presentations and speeches.
    • Represents leadership in meetings and workshops
    • Manages billing, invoices, budgets, expense reports and purchase orders for the CEO and the EXCO members.
    • Reviews documents and data (e.g., incoming requisitions, past purchases, PO’s, inventories, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring completeness and accuracy of purchasing process.
    • Manages and coordinates all Exco travel and tracks and reports on it
    • Responsible for drafting/preparing/reviewing content for Market Exco meetings, Ops Reviews, Group Board Packs, Financial packs, Annual Sustainability Report, Customer briefing notes, etc.
    • Support the line manager as required.

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    • Co-ordination of support staff for CEO and visiting executives 
    • Bachelor's degree in management and social sciences 
    • Minimum three (3) years senior administrative/technical support experience required.
    • Previous experience working and supporting senior management/ executives’ capacity is required.

    Spl Proc

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned procurement categories to drive cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop category-specific procurement plans.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or service levels.
    • Conduct supplier negotiations to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions.
    • Track and report on savings achieved and develop plans for continuous improvement.
    • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using performance appraisal system to drive corrective actions where necessary.
    • Manage supplier risks and ensure business continuity.
    • Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements.
    • Promote procurement best practices and educate stakeholders on procurement policies and processes.
    • Act as the primary point of contact between procurement and user departments for assigned categories.
    • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on procurement-related matters.
    • Facilitate month-end procurement reports in Oracle.

    Requirements

    • Four (4) years relevant working experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Professional Qualification in CIPS is an added advantage

    Mgr Procurement

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Establish and monitor vendor performance metrics (KPIs & SLAs) to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and business expectations.
    • Conduct regular vendor evaluations and performance reviews, addressing any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address underperformance or non-compliance.
    • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key vendors to drive collaboration and value creation.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related issues, fostering open communication and issue resolution.
    • Facilitate regular business reviews and discussions to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • Ensure strict adherence to contract terms, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements.
    • Work with legal, procurement and user teams to enforce contract provisions, mitigate risks, and resolve disputes.
    • Identify potential vendor-related risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Proactively manage contract disputes, service failures, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution with minimal business impact.
    • Ensure business continuity by developing contingency plans for critical vendor relationships.
    • Drive initiatives to enhance vendor performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and strategic partnerships with vendors.
    • Support procurement teams in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities through vendor negotiations and performance enhancements.

    Requirements

    • Atleast Six (6)years relevant working experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired
    • Bachelor’s Degree required
    • Professional Qualification in CIPS is an added advantage
