    Receptionist / Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • To manage Visitors' enquires.
    • To maintain accurate Visitors' record.
    • To provide information and support to Visitors/Clients.
    • To coordinate with security for access control and visitor movement, and
    • To receive and distribute official correspondence, deliveries and documents.

    Factory Manager

    Job Rsponsibilities

    • To oversee facility operations and manage a team of production staff
    • To schedule/perform maintenance on equipment as the need arises and ensuring compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive work environment.
    • To supervise production staff, create work schedules, assign tasks and coordinate manufacturing activities.
    • To estimate manufacturing costs and identify ways of reducing such.
    • To evaluate staff performance and coach production teams.
    • To ensure that finished goods meet quality control standards. To monitor production output and adjust processes as necessary to meet deadlines.
    • To prepare production reports and make recommendations to Management, and
    • Must possess Leadership skills and Problem-solving abilities.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • The ideal candidate should have a B. Sc /HND in relevant field preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Agric Engineering or any other relevant field.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Leadership or Supervisory roles in production facilities such as Food, Beverages and Recycling Factories.
    • A Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
