    Store Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Erickayser store Abuja, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistent delivery of the brand’s premium service standards.
    • The role involves leading the team,maintaining product quality, and ensuring strict adherence to operational and hygiene standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery

    • Maintain Erickayser’s brand standards in product quality
    • Supervise, train, and manage all store staff
    • Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and minimal wastage (especially bakery items)
    • Coordinate with production/kitchen team to ensure product availability at all times
    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with company policies
    • Prepare and submit operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
    • Enforce company policies, discipline, and standard operating procedures

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of HND / BSc Degree
    • 3–5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or cafe
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic financial and inventory management knowledge
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

    Storekeeper

    Job Summary

    • The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the restaurant’s inventory by ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of all stock items. The role ensures accurate record-keeping, minimizes wastage, and supports efficient kitchen and service operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
    • Ensure proper storage of food items, beverages, and supplies in line with safety and hygiene standards
    • Maintain organized and well-labeled storage areas
    • Issue stock to kitchen and service teams based on approved requisitions
    • Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages or reorder needs
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
    • Conduct routine stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
    • Ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) for perishable goods
    • Track expiry dates and prevent usage of expired items
    • Minimize wastage, damage, and theft of stock
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store area
    • Prepare inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of SSCE ; additional certification in inventory or supply chain is an advantage
    • Proven experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or retail environment
    • Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills
    • Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems)

    Maintenance Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Maintenance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all restaurant facilities andequipment are in good working condition at all times.
    • The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and supporting a safeand fully functional environment for staff and customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine inspection of restaurant facilities and equipment (kitchen and front-of-house)
    • Perform preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdown
    • Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, air conditioners, and plumbing systems
    • Ensure all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems are functioning properly
    • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
    • Coordinate with external technicians or vendors when necessary
    • Maintain maintenance logs and records of repairs and servicing
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
    • Monitor usage of tools and maintenance materials

    • Ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment faults efficiently
    • Basic understanding of safety regulations and procedures

    Store Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in the daily running of the Erickayser Abuja ensuring smooth operations and adherence to brand standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth service operations
    • Support the Store Manager in implementing Erickayser standards and procedures
    • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and report shortages
    • Minimize wastage, especially for perishable bakery items
    • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
    • Step in to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager when required.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of an HND / BSc in any related field
    • 3-5 years experience in a retail, restaurant, or cafeenvironment
    • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic knowledge of inventory.
