Main Responsibilities: This position exists to plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to (1) acquire new clients, (2) grow the company’s business with existing clients, and (3) identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.
Task:
- Develop and regularly review sales and marketing plan and ensure implementation after approval by the MD/CEO
- Set SMART objectives for sales and marketing and work with other members of the team to ensure they are met
- Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients
- Develop bespoke business and marketing proposals for potential clients and follow up through visits and social media platforms
- Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new product developments to potential clients
- Prepare and make PowerPoint presentation of products/services
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Monthly performance reports compared with objectives
- Weekly trends report in the Nigerian property market showing what is new and topical
- Monthly business development and industry report
Qualifications/Experience
The candidate for this position should have:
- A university degree with good communications skills, and ability to work with a wide range of people from different backgrounds.
- Two years’ work experience, preferably in a business development or marketing position

Tasks:
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Answer telephone calls and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mails and other materials, and prepare response to routine letters.
- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Prepare minutes of board meetings
- Mail newsletters, promotional material, and other information.
- Prepare offer letters
- Prepare contract documents and Leave/Tenancy agreements
- Ensure company compliance with legal obligations

- Files for various company documents
- Documented MD’s appointments for at least two weeks
- Minutes and notes of meetings distributed to all concerned
- Summary of cash collected and disbursed
- No of Contracts and agreement prepared or reviewed
- Records of updated property portfolio and pictures
- Progress report on Compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Monthly activity report including current industry report and challenges
Qualifications/Experience
The candidate for this position should have a university degree in law and would have been called to Bar (BL, LLB). At least one year’s experience in administration or secretarial duties
