    Fraud Analyst

    Description
    What’s the opportunity?

    • As part of the fraud prevention analysis team you will work in the team that decides the fraud prevention strategy for each industry. The objective will be to optimize the decision of which payments we have to reject and make decisions that continues to improve de user experience, keeping in mind the chargeback targets

    Responsibilities
    What will I be doing?

    • Identify potential suspicious behavior from our Merchants.
    •  Analyze the risk associated with new customer business.
    • Optimize the sales/fraud ratio to minimize losses.
    • Monitor and investigate transactions via internal and external fraud prevention systems.
    • Undertake proactive analysis of transactional and customer records.
    • Provide analysis of fraud trends and chargeback levels to management.

    Requirements
    What skills do I need?

    • + 1 year of experience in Fraud Prevention in e-commerce or bank environment.
    • Good understanding of fraud rule management and fraud prevention systems.
    • Strong Analytical Skills and passion for discovering new patterns.
    • Strong excel skills: the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to create reports.
    • Fluent written and spoken English
    • Enthusiastic, Proactive, team player & problem solver.

    • As a dLocal team’s HRBP, you’ll take on a key role in driving organisational growth and our unique culture and values, continuously assessing the organisational needs, devising solutions and coaching managers.
    • You will focus on engaging, growing and developing our people, as well as adapting cross-organisational HR processes and leading initiatives to best support the consulting team’s development and growth.

    Responsibilities
    What will I be doing?

    • Design, support and execute people-related efforts.
    • Provide business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organisation.
    • Proactively assess the team in the lookout for organisational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions.
    • Design and deliver targeted solutions with a high degree of focus on scale and growth, including organisational design, performance management, talent management, recognition, change management and team building to support the team’s growth and individual development plans.
    • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle.
    • Partner with the HR functions, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Admin needs, and ensure cultural alignment.

    Requirements
    What skills do I need?

    • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
    • Experience in a multicultural environment.
    • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders.
    • To thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
    • To be a collaborator and a team player with an inclusive mindset and ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organisation.
    • Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills (English).
    • Strong consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills.
    • To demonstrate project management and change management experience.
