Job Summary

• A hospitality business is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Floor & Lounge Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing service flow and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Lounge and Floor, ensuring that excellent service is delivered to customers.
• Review customer reaction and feedback to service given to implement and action a plan for addressing any concerns.
• Leading, motivating, developing, and directing the team to maximize efficiency in customer service.
• Assigning duties, direct staff, coaches, and disciplines employees.
• Verifying and validating employees’ rosters, attendance, and overtime.
• Monitors grooming of Lounge team daily and report discrepancies.
• Creating an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognized.
• Ensuring all health and Safety and Food and safety legislation are adhered to.
• Continually bringing added value to the contract through innovation and pro-activeness.

Education & Experience

• HND/BSc in any field
• Two to Four years of relevant experience in a senior position in the hospitality field.
• Lounge & Floor experience (is a must).
• Experience in providing high end quality in customer service and product to prestigious client(s).
• Proven supervisory / team management experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required: 

• A proven ability to problem solving and decision-making experience.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Arabic are a must, additional languages desirable).
• Understanding of food quality and presentation.
• Previous experience working in a hospitality environment is desired.

Summary

• The Plumbing/AC Service Technician will apply their technical skills and knowledge in performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing and air conditions to ensure that work is performed in accordance with relevant codes.

Job Description

• Performs service to diagnose and resolve plumbing and Air-Conditions issues.
• Identifies potential problems to prevent premature and/or unexpected breakdowns/callbacks.
• Maintains and repairs plumbing systems carrying water, steam, chemicals, and fuel in heating, cooling, lubricating and other process piping systems.
• Inspects high-pressure, air, steam, water, and gas systems to ascertain malfunctions.
• Repairs or replaces plumbing fixtures, tests joints and pipe systems.
• Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC systems including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, forced air units and pumps
• Service and repair evaporative coolers.

Educational / certification requirements

• Technical Certificate
• ND / HND
• Preferred: Associate’s degree in related field.
