Purpose  

• To lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis activities for Golden Pasta by providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, drive cost optimization, and improve business profitability. 

The Job 

• Leading the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial planning activities in alignment with business objectives. 
• Conducting detailed financial analysis of revenue, costs, margins, and operational performance across production and commercial functions. 
• Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Commercial teams to drive financial performance and resource optimization. 
• Monitoring actual results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions. 
• Driving cost control initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the value chain. 
• Developing financial models to support business cases, capital expenditure (CAPEX), and investment decisions. 
• Preparing timely and accurate management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership. 

Qualifications 

• HND/B.Sc. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline 

Experience:  

• Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Financial Controlling.

The Person Must:

• Possess strong financial planning, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent financial modelling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Have a sound understanding of manufacturing cost structures and business performance drivers.

Purpose

• To operate and maintain steam boilers and associated utility equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and uninterrupted supply of steam for production processes in compliance with FMN operating standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.

The Job

• Operating and monitoring boiler systems, including feedwater pumps, burners, and fuel systems, to maintain required steam pressure and temperature.
• Conducting routine inspections on boiler equipment, water levels, steam quality, and feedwater parameters to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing water treatment tests and adjusting chemical dosing to prevent corrosion, scaling, and foaming.
• Safely starting up and shutting down boilers in accordance with approved operating procedures.
• Monitoring and responding promptly to boiler alarms, equipment faults, and abnormal operating conditions.
• Carrying out first-level maintenance activities, including blowdown routines, equipment cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of safety devices.
• Maintaining accurate records of boiler operations, chemical usage, steam consumption, and shift activities.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience operating industrial boilers, steam systems, or utility equipment in a manufacturing environment.

The Person Must:

• To provide electrical maintenance support for pasta production equipment, ensuring optimum machine performance, minimal downtime, and compliance with engineering, safety, and food safety standards.

The Job

• Executing preventive maintenance on pasta processing machines and related infrastructure.
• Carrying out corrective and predictive maintenance on motors, control panels, VFDs, sensors, and industrial electrical systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
• Conducting routine inspections to identify electrical defects and equipment abnormalities.

The Job

• Performing routine preventive maintenance on pasta processing equipment, including silos, boilers, chillers, and warehouse machinery.
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical faults to ensure uninterrupted production operations.
• Installing, aligning, and replacing mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, chains, couplings, pumps, and gearboxes.

The Job

• Performing electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and wiring on workshop machinery, including welding sets, grinders, drilling machines, and cutting equipment.
• Building, wiring, and assembling electrical panels, control circuits, junction boxes, and cable terminations for workshop and machine modification projects.
• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of workshop electrical systems, including lighting, sockets, distribution boards, and isolators.
• Supporting fabrication activities by installing motors, switches, sensors, relays, and other electrical components on repaired or newly fabricated equipment.

The Job

• Operating processing equipment in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure continuous and efficient production.

The Job  

• Coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure plant machinery remains available and operates at optimum capacity. 
• Developing and implementing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to achieve equipment reliability and OEE targets. 
• Reviewing maintenance reports, downtime trends, and repair activities to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions.

• Demonstrate expertise in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, reliability engineering tools (RCA, FMEA), and CMMS/ERP systems.
