    Financial Controller

    Responsibilities
    Financial Planning & Analysis:

    • Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and models to support strategic business decisions.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other key financial reports.

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets; lead cost control initiatives to enhance financial efficiency.

    Financial Compliance & Management:

    • Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and corporate procedures.

     Risk Management:

    • Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational exposures.

     Internal Controls

     Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to align with strategic business goals and drive performance.

    Requirements

    • Education: HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Certification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent (mandatory)
    • Experience: Minimum 14 years in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector

    Coating Advisor - PC / Marine

    Job Summary

    • An experienced Coating Advisor is needed to supervise the proper application of Protective and Marine Coatings at project sites. 
    • This role involves providing technical support, ensuring compliance with coating specifications and safety standards, conducting inspections, and supporting training and reporting functions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and advise contractors on surface preparation, paint mixing, application, and curing.
    • Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
    • Conduct pre-application meetings to align stakeholders on requirements and procedures.
    • Perform site inspections, including surface profile checks, climatic monitoring, and DFT measurements.
    • Prepare accurate daily site reports on progress, issues, and corrective actions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, R&D) for feedback and improvements.
    • Provide training on coating application best practices.
    • Stay current with industry standards (ISO, SSPC, NACE, etc.).
    • Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance on site.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc./B.Tech in Chemistry, Paint Technology, or Chemical Engineering.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site management or technical service in the protective/marine coatings sector.
    • Certified Coating Inspector preferred (e.g., NACE Level 2/3, SSPC, FROSIO, BGAS).
    • Strong understanding of coating systems, surface prep standards, and application tools.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under challenging site conditions.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in documentation and inspection tools.
    • Willingness to travel and remain at project sites as needed.

    Job Summary

    • Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their dynamic team in the bottling department of their food manufacturing facility. 
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in machine operation within a production environment, preferably in the food industry. 
    • As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bottling machinery to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated bottling machines and associated equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
    • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bottling machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery operation or related fields is preferred.
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience operating machinery in a production environment, preferably within the food industry.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery as required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Regional Sales Manager - South South / South East

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations across the South South and South East regions of Nigeria.
    • The ideal candidate must have a strong track record in FMCG sales within the region, with a solid network and experience in HORECA, Modern Trade, and Open Market Wholesale channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth across assigned territories (Abia, Calabar, Enugu, Onitsha, Owerri).
    • Manage, mentor, and lead a team of field sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in HORECA, modern trade, and wholesale markets.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Build strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and other channel partners.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (an MBA is an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the FMCG sector, with proven success in the designated region.
    • In-depth knowledge and strong network within HORECA, modern trade, and wholesale channels.
    • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be willing to travel frequently within the region.
