Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join their dynamic team in the bottling department of their food manufacturing facility. 
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in machine operation within a production environment, preferably in the food industry. 
• As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining bottling machinery to ensure efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated bottling machines and associated equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of bottling machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
• Set up and adjust machines as needed for various product runs, ensuring all settings meet quality standards and production specifications.
• Ensure the bottling process adheres to all quality control standards and complies with food safety regulations.
• Conduct regular checks of product quality, packaging, and labeling to ensure compliance with company specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in machinery operation or related fields is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience operating machinery in a production environment, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery as required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining quality and consistency.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
